  The worst practice I have ever dealt with in my life. Customer service is ridiculous. They try to over charge you every month they telling me I have a balance due HOW!?!? When I have insurance?? They can never tell me why it's always something from a year ago which I never used insurance with this company always self paid.

  Cada ves que he visitado este lugar me hacen esperar una hora sentada dentro de la oficina, no entiendo esto si tengo cita, y si se te ocurre llamar para hacer cita o alguna aclaración nunca contestan, te dejan 20 minutos al teléfono, definitivamente ya no regreso aquí, ademas q si quieres hacerte exámenes de lo q sea te mandan a otros lugares bien lejos... fatal, un año o más llevo con una molestia en mi estómago, pasaron x mi 4 personas q no se si decir q son doctores y ninguno supo q era ni q hacer, hasta q yo les dije x q no me mandaban un text para saber si era una bacteria o parásito, y me dice ahhh pues si, le voy a mandar eso, y resulto una bacteria, espero q esto no vaya a mayores x q si va a mayores q se preparen

  I love Dr. Bowman. She's awesome because she really listens to me and works with me to make the best plans for my treatment. The office staff is friendly, too. My only complaint is the long wait times, but the treatment I get makes it worth the wait.

  Rhonda Crews in the Lung Clinic is the most compassionate, honest and down-to-earth medical professional I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She always takes the time to explain and help with anything. Her dedication is unmatched. I am so fortunate to be under her care. Not to be missed are the nurses and staff there in the Lung Clinic, also. Kind and patient, they are all wonderful people. Kudos also to Jenny in the main office who takes vitals. She has gone out of her way to show me that she truly cares and it has been much appreciated.
