  Dr. Alexander Ralys is the best physician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is exceptionally supportive of his patients in a way that I have rarely experienced elsewhere. If there is one physician I would confidently recommend to anyone, it is Dr. Ralys. His professionalism, compassion, and willingness to advocate for his patients have set a standard that is difficult to match. I would gladly recommend him and any practice he is part of.   The worst practice I have ever dealt with in my life. Customer service is ridiculous. They try to over charge you every month they telling me I have a balance due HOW!?!? When I have insurance?? They can never tell me why it's always something from a year ago which I never used insurance with this company always self paid.

  After 8 years of pain, I finally have a doctor who listens and found out why I'm in so much pain. And know now what my diagnosis is ! Finally able to start recovery.

  Great staff and docs but the wait time for scheduled appointments is just disappointing if not for that id give 5 stars
