I found this studio and the trainers so welcoming! Was able to get 2 classes in for my brief trip and enjoyed every moment of it! Amazing to me how every class is a little different and you never get bored.

I love the variety that you get from being able to choose different instructors but I only choose classes based on the instructors so if they change the instructor last minute I should have the ability to cancel the class due to that instructor change at no charge. An alert for changes in our booked class would also be nice.

She seemed frazzled when coming out to talk with me yesterday, seeming not wanting to talk, and there was a creepy police officer outside trying to sell pies with a red light district sign. What needs to be expunged?
- KEKenzie ErinJan 23, 20241.0Jane, the old lady at the front as well as the instructor were HORRIBLY rude. 0 stars for customer service, didn’t even greet me when I walked in for the first time and were completely off putting. Didn’t let me take a class bc I didn’t have grip socks, didn’t offer to let me borrow any and there was nothing sent out prior stating I needed them. I have always taken Pilates barefoot at every other studio I have been to. They were so rude I would never come back here and they need to seriously re-consider who they hire because they were terrible
