I love the variety that you get from being able to choose different instructors but I only choose classes based on the instructors so if they change the instructor last minute I should have the ability to cancel the class due to that instructor change at no charge. An alert for changes in our booked class would also be nice.

- KEKenzie ErinJan 23, 20241.0Jane, the old lady at the front as well as the instructor were HORRIBLY rude. 0 stars for customer service, didn’t even greet me when I walked in for the first time and were completely off putting. Didn’t let me take a class bc I didn’t have grip socks, didn’t offer to let me borrow any and there was nothing sent out prior stating I needed them. I have always taken Pilates barefoot at every other studio I have been to. They were so rude I would never come back here and they need to seriously re-consider who they hire because they were terrible
