It can be stressful, needing something medically, asking to have something changed. This is my first time finally doing this and they couldn’t have made it a better experience. Lucy was the person who helped me today and I can’t thank her enough for actually doing her due diligence and her job to her best ability. This is hard to find these days. Especially at doctors offices — I find a lot people do their job TOO hard and it’s a terrible experience. Lucy and their team reassured me to the extent that I felt the need to leave this review. Absolutely best practice in Jax and I love them. Thanks again for your help Lucy!! Hope you see this haha
