  I am so sorry to have to leave a review that is so entirely scathing, but the team at AML have most certainly earned every single syllable. I have been a patient here for quite a while now. I've never really had a problem and I've never really expected too much. I pay for my appointment and recently for an exemption all online, and usually the telephone appointment is fast and it's been efficient to handle everything remotely. Unfortunately, as soon as you need help, the fractures begin to become not only apparent, but blindingly so. I had my recertification and exemption appointments almost 2 weeks ago. I think the day after my limits were to reset, I went to the dispensary and found out that my certification had been entered but as the dispensary described it to me, I was no longer all inhalation and was only able to get half of what I was expecting, even after having paid more for an exception that I thought maybe just hadn't gone through yet as it was my first. Well, I do love that AML seems to love the efficiency of online appointments and using text to communicate. Unfortunately, I tried to handle this through text and I was told that I needed to call. And unfortunately calling has been quite difficult especially when I call and the only person that seems to be working is rude, uncaring and unprofessional. Certainly none of the qualities that I want associated with my medical team. And the top this all off, I go here because I have medical problems that require me to utilize this treatment option. I don't expect to be treated like a king, but I also don't expect to feel like I'm buying drugs on the street, but that's exactly how I feel right now. And the fact that AML has had no one that's been able to help me with this issue for 2 weeks now and that I've had to suffer through being mistreated by some young lady pretending to offer customer service on the telephone, it's really not acceptable. So, I have requested that someone from AML contact me before next week. And that means, they have a full business day today to reply. I'm not going to hold my breath, but Dr. Verma, patients deserve better than to be treated like drug seekers on the streets. I reached out to your office right at 8am this morning hoping to get an answer, and instead I just got treated poorly. I do have to admit that I have seen AML OWNER provide consistent responses to their online reviews, so I'm hoping whoever that is will be able to get me in touch with someone who can answer some questions.

  I was a little nervous, not knowing what to expect or what information I would need, but they made it so simple they were so helpful and it didn't take all day like it would at a regular doctor's appointment. And I really appreciate it that.\nWhen I left they're office , I didn't have any questions or concerns that they didn't address the doctors are awesome and the staff went above and beyond.I can't thank them enough when I left there , I was able to go right to a dispensary , and they even help me with that with crohn's disease , seizures and anxiety and depression that this allows me to get help with all of those issues without taking tons of pills and different medications with all the different side effects, it's the best thing I've done for myself in a while, cause I don't like taking all the medications you get to where you feel like a Guinea pig. They just keep giving more pills to take in with my medical card. And the dispensaries allows me to treat myself without having all of the horrible side effects. So once again, I thank you. And I will tell everyone about this medical marijuana facility. And the price, it was amazing. It was like a relief because I called so many places where it's to $300 when they said, affordable, they really manage and for a person that lives on a fixed income, it was great to know I had somewhere I could afford to go to get this hell. And one more time , thank y'all from the bottom of my heart
