  The staff is always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I was assisted quickly when I came in with a broken arm on my glasses. They were able to put in a temporary screw so I could continue using them while my replacement glasses were ordered. Excellent service, as always!

  I'll start by saying that Dr. T was phenomenal - so good with kids, very nice, kind and funny!! Matt was also very pleasant. However, the front desk receptionist who did the initial check in and eye tests was borderline rude. She was very curt and unfriendly - she also did not bother to check to see if our insurance covered one of our procedures (which the doctor indicated it should). It is also total baloney that they charge for the "eye imaging" when they do it anyway as soon as you come in. To charge extra for this is clearly just a money grab. Not at all pleased with how I was treated today - also, be prepared for an additional fee to use your credit card. Would have been nice if we were informed of this when we made the appointment, so hopefully this saves someone else from the charge.

  Google Maps and their site says that it's open on Sundays. Google Maps even states that the business updated their hours four weeks ago. Well, I went today, a Sunday, and they're closed.

  Dr. T surprised me with how much he cared about my eye health. Dr.’s typically make me feel hurried but he took his time and explained my options. Thank you 😊
