  Id leave a 0 if I could. I Went to this office thinking I'd visit a Dr Mendez. Been here 3 times and have never seen a Dr Mendez in the office. Normal male testosterone is 325 - 800 .. I was instructed to do blood work in which my insurance was charged 2600$ with 500$ coming out of my pocket for a full panel blood work... My Test levels were 350 in which is low and I felt horrible at the time. My previous Dr had no issue providing me with a prescription for a small 200cc Test boost.. The Non Md guy that's not the DR , I guess the Aesthetics guy; told me to take Vitamins and maybe it will come up and in 2 more months we can do more blood work at ANOTHER 2600$ and 500 out of my pocket.. This isn't my first rodeo, I was on Test previously This office has made a fortune doing basically nothing for me.. They try to keep you in a revolving door with little to no kind of help. I should have listened to the previous reviews.. If you choose this place make sure to see a real MD and always stay moving in the long waiting room... the motion lights go out quick

  Called on March 12th, March 24th, and Monday, but we didn’t receive any response to our complaint or concern. We would like to escalate this matter to a practice manager or a doctor in your office. We had requested that any referrals be in-network, since a few of the referrals sent were not. No response. My husband has been receiving calls about referral appointments and medication that he wasn’t informed about. He also did a sleep test and when he contacted about the results they said that our primary care would have to share it. When we called, they didn't really have an answer to where the results went. Still no response about it. Also, referral appointments that we were aware of when they were scheduled and we arrived we were told they were canceled because this office did not do a prior authorization with our insurance. I see that our insurance is billed consistently, but our concerns or follow-up calls haven’t been made when we were informed that we would receive one. **Update - They tell you to call so they can ‘make things right’ - don’t waste your time. It’s not a staffing issue, it’s a leadership failure. Poor management is the root of the problem, and no amount of excuses can cover that up. It’s just frustrating with the time and money wasted.

  Not a good place. Recent loss of staff has resulted in poor customer service and rude behavior. Most recent visit the trainee assigned to speak to me could not explain what the results meant. I was a patient there for almost 10 years and NEVER met Dr Mendez. Today, after yet another mistake in what tests were ordered from the lab, I was told it was because of insurance. As I can pay myself this seemed disingenuous and when I said I had always gotten them before, I was told that want true. I have the results so basically I was being called a liar to cover their error. I left and will not go back. In response, Dr. Mendez falsely recorded I was “escorted “out of the office. Patently false. I’m glad to no longer be a patient there and hope that with fewer patients they’ll be able to improve their service to previous standards.

  A false bill went to collection and they would not helped me fix it. Never got a response or a feed back. Was over charged for services I did not even ask for. Very bad practice,would not recommend and never go back there.

  This is the first review I’ve ever left. I’ve never been made to feel the way I did when I saw Dd Mendez. I had a personal issue that she made me feel so terrible about I left in tears. I’m not sure how she’s been a doctor for this long. Highly do not recommend this Dr.
