I received no follow-on support, and quickly gave up wearing those devices. When I decided to try again about 60 days ago, I did some online research which led me to AudioNova and April. This has been a very different experience. I’ve met with April multiple times to optimize my new hearing aids. She’s extremely knowledgeable and an awesome advocate. I could not be happier with my new hearing aids!
