I’ve been coming to the Inverness location since moving here in 2017. I have always received excellent service from James C. the audiologist there. Unfortunately James has moved on and during my most recent appointment I was evaluated by the new audiologist and her regional manager. I was provided a thorough examination and evaluation. I was shown the performance difference between my current 4 year old devices and latest version device. With the difference being so much more noticeable between the two, I made the decision to purchase the new version of the devices. All prices were presented along with financing options in a clear straightforward manner. I will return to have the new devices fitted when they are delivered to the office. I have always been satisfied with the service I’ve received from Audibel and this office specifically. I would recommend Audibel’s products to anyone needing hearing services.

Staff and Audiologists were wonderful. They took the time to explain what happens with hearing loss and how it can to helped to improve it. They don't rush, but take time to do the testing and explain each aspect on what is happening. I would differently recommend them for anyone having hearing problems.

This is a very warm and welcoming office. Dr. was very patient with us both. We did decide to upgrade my husband's hearing aids. Once again they were very understanding and answered all our questions. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a hearing center that actually listens to you.
