  Dr. Patel and his staff are the best , I went years ago before Covid hit , now I’m back in his care. I totally trust him. If you go and see him you will understand he will help you. No reason to be in pain, . I don’t usually give my opinion, but if I can help one person out there that is not sure what to do. Don’t wait, call .

  Today was my first time going to this office, something I found real cool they had my name on a white board that said welcome. They are kind friendly and very professional. The doctor explain to me how he was going to help me get feeling better. I was involved in an car accident last Thursday ,my car was rear ended ,I felted very good finding this office very knowledgeable they concentrate on you.

  I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable experience I had at your clinic today during my scheduled 3:00 PM appointment. I arrived early at your office, making attempts to enter at 2:20 PM, 2:40 PM, and again at 2:50 PM. On all three occasions, the front entrance door was completely locked. To my surprise, the front desk staff was actively watching me through the security cameras while I was repeatedly trying to open the door to access the building. Instead of unlocking the door and letting a scheduled patient wait inside the air-conditioned lobby for the remaining 10 minutes, I was intentionally left outside. Today, the temperature in the parking lot reached 90 degrees. Forcing patients to wait in that kind of extreme Florida heat is completely disrespectful, and honestly, dangerous—especially considering elderly patients or individuals with health conditions who also visit your clinic. I do not understand why your staff showed such a complete lack of empathy and basic customer care. Patients are human beings who deserve respect, not just accounts to collect money from. I expect a medical wellness center to prioritize patient well-being, both inside and outside the treatment room. I hope you look into this matter , review the camera footage from today around those times, and take corrective action with your front desk staff. Gustavo F Goy
