- EPEdward Puerta2 days ago2.0Historically, I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this facility. On my first visit, the facility lost power and the staff was unable to properly discharge me. On another visit, there were three unsuccessful attempts to draw blood from my child. Today, we waited approximately two hours before being seen by an RN. Although the RN ended up doing a great job, the wait time was a long time for a child. I understand that these are three separate incidents and that each may have had a different cause. However, taken together, they leave me concerned that there may be a broader operational issue involving staffing levels, clinical expertise, efficiency, or some combination of those factors. I obviously can’t know the underlying cause as a patient, but the consistency of the experience is difficult to overlook. Unfortunately, after multiple visits with significant issues, I don’t think I’ll be bringing my family back to this location. At this point, I would rather make the longer drive to the main hospital if the alternative is waiting this long and continuing to have concerns about the overall level of service.
