  We had an amazing experience at Nicklaus Children’s Urgent Care in Homestead. Nurse Shannon and Dr. Michael Borchetta treated Lucas for an ear infection, and we couldn’t have been happier with the care he received. The service was quick, the staff was amazing, and everyone was incredibly caring, professional, and attentive. They made Lucas feel comfortable and made the whole experience so much easier for us. Thank you to Nurse Shannon, Dr. Borchetta, and the entire staff for taking such great care of Lucas. I highly recommend this urgent care to any parent looking for excellent care for their child. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Aquí llevo a mi hija cada vez q enferma , no tengo q hacer largas filas como en los hospitales . Hay de todo para atender urgencias y sus pediatras y enfermeras son execcionales sin dejar de mencionar todo el personal en general q son muy amables .

  Por parte de la doctora, Que atendió a mi niño Muy linda, amable y sobre todo una doctora exelente con el tratamiento que le dió a mi niño se mejoro, Pero por parte de las recepcionista pésimo, Muy mal encaradas, Como que al ver pacientes entrar les molestará. quizás están en el trabajo equivocado o si tienen sus problemas deben ser muy aparte, Si amas tu trabajo te vas a dedicar. Las enfermeras muy lindas al entrar son tan lindas y pacientes y es que son las que tienen más contacto con los niños. Espero que mejoren lo de recepción. Ya que insisten con la opinión de uno

  Historically, I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this facility. On my first visit, the facility lost power and the staff was unable to properly discharge me. On another visit, there were three unsuccessful attempts to draw blood from my child. Today, we waited approximately two hours before being seen by an RN. Although the RN ended up doing a great job, the wait time was a long time for a child. I understand that these are three separate incidents and that each may have had a different cause. However, taken together, they leave me concerned that there may be a broader operational issue involving staffing levels, clinical expertise, efficiency, or some combination of those factors. I obviously can’t know the underlying cause as a patient, but the consistency of the experience is difficult to overlook. Unfortunately, after multiple visits with significant issues, I don’t think I’ll be bringing my family back to this location. At this point, I would rather make the longer drive to the main hospital if the alternative is waiting this long and continuing to have concerns about the overall level of service.
