- JAJunior ArenasAug 13, 20261.0I normally don’t write reviews, but I had such an unpleasant experience today that I felt I had to. I visited on 8/13/26 around 1700 because they were running a promotion on Ghost Energy drinks for $1. The employee working was an older Cuban woman who was on the phone the entire time and provided no assistance. The selection of ghost flavors was very limited. I asked if I could mix and match the flavors, especially since Vitamin Shoppe has run similar promotions before and has allowed customers to do so. She told me I could not mix and match unless I became a member because, according to her, members were coming in to buy them in bulk/packs. That explanation made no sense to me, especially when there were literally cases of Ghost drinks sitting there. On top of that, she was on her phone for the entire interaction and offered no real assistance. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing and left a really bad impression.
