  Good gym... However, too many people do not know gym etiquette. GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE, Dont sit on a machine all day, Put your weights back, and STOP filming yourself.... nobody wants to be in your video!

  Absolutely terrible. On top of that, the equipment is some of the oldest compared to almost any other gym you could go to. The Hollywood location is by far the worst and the oldest. I also called to cancel my membership. I was told it had already been canceled, but today I was charged an annual fee on my card. I called the Hollywood gym, and when I explained the issue, the girl who answered the phone HUNG UP ON ME. Extremely rude. I called back, and this time a man answered, but the customer service was just as awful. He told me that it didn’t matter if I had canceled my membership three months ago—I still had to pay the annual fee no matter what, even though I HAD ALREADY PAID IT LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. Terrible experience. If you have the chance to join this gym, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

  Great location. I would highly recommend. The staff is professional and just generally nice people. I think the ladies name is Autumn, but she is the real star of that gym. I would ask for her if you were going to sign up

  The personal training program at YouFit Gym has been a huge disappointment. From the beginning, I was encouraged to sign a six-month contract based on promises that were never fulfilled. Sessions have been canceled, and the personalized workout program I was told I would receive has still not been provided, even after waiting three months. There seems to be no clear plan, structure, or accountability. Everything feels disorganized, and there are no measurable goals or progress tracking. For the amount of money being charged, I expected a much more professional experience. I would recommend saving your money or finding a trainer outside of YouFit who takes their job seriously and provides the guidance and support that clients are promised.

  Not sure why some of the reviews are so low I had an amazing experience. I was having issues with the app and turns out I wasn’t even in the system which was so odd as I’ve been using Oakland park location with my old scanner tag. Autumn was incredibly friendly sweet patient and made my day and experience flawless she should get a promotion or a raise this was hands down the best experience I’ve had at any gym in the last year especially using my silver sneakers program through Medicare I commonly get looked at and judged like why am I so young with that program or they try so hard to pressure an upsale she was thoughtful about my circumstances and even made me feel great about myself top tier 5 starts all day long thanks love!
