  Horrible front desk . I was deciding between YouFit and Crunch and wanted to try both gyms before signing up. I received a free pass for both locations, so I decided to visit YouFit first. When I arrived, I was told that this location does not accept free passes. I showed the staff member that the pass clearly listed this location, but they still would not honor it. It was honestly disappointing and frustrating, especially since the pass was offered through YouFit in the first place. I left and went straight to Crunch, where they honored my free pass with no issues. I tried the gym, liked my experience, and signed up for a membership that same day. I was genuinely considering YouFit, but unfortunately this experience made the decision for me. YouFit lost a potential member simply because a free pass that was advertised for this location was not honored.

  El típico gimnasio donde están los viejos gym bros que usan una polea doble solo para una persona y otros se enojan si agarras los discos que no están usando! Gimnasio de dinosaurios 🦖 la gente que quiera un gym privado, que se pongan a trabajar para ganárselo en vez de hacerle más complicado el entrenamiento a los demás por no querer compartir…

  Good gym... However, too many people do not know gym etiquette. GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE, Dont sit on a machine all day, Put your weights back, and STOP filming yourself.... nobody wants to be in your video!

  Absolutely terrible. On top of that, the equipment is some of the oldest compared to almost any other gym you could go to. The Hollywood location is by far the worst and the oldest. I also called to cancel my membership. I was told it had already been canceled, but today I was charged an annual fee on my card. I called the Hollywood gym, and when I explained the issue, the girl who answered the phone HUNG UP ON ME. Extremely rude. I called back, and this time a man answered, but the customer service was just as awful. He told me that it didn’t matter if I had canceled my membership three months ago—I still had to pay the annual fee no matter what, even though I HAD ALREADY PAID IT LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. Terrible experience. If you have the chance to join this gym, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
