  ⭐☆☆☆☆ ZERO STARS WOULD BE MORE ACCURATE Absolutely appalling treatment of my 91-year-old mother. My mother has severe arthritis and significant mobility issues. Getting her to an appointment is a major undertaking. I made her appointment with Vincent Campbell and provided all of her insurance information. When we arrived, we were told she supposedly had no Humana vision coverage. After questioning this, the office suddenly managed to establish that she did have coverage after all—but by then, they had given away her appointment. We were told they would try to fit her in and waited over an hour while at least four other patients were seen. When my mother finally said she thought we should make another appointment, Vincent Campbell rudely inserted himself into a private conversation between us. When my mother told him, “Excuse me, sir, we were not talking to you,” he flew into a rage, ordered us out of the office, and told us never to come back. This is how Chen Optical treats a 91-year-old woman with severe mobility issues after she has gone through the ordeal of getting to their office? The lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic courtesy was shocking. If you are bringing an elderly or mobility-impaired family member here, I strongly suggest you think twice. We will never return.

  been two times both times rude went to pick up my glasses this time and insisted on giving me glasses that weren't arguing with me like i was stupid surprised in business so long dr farbman is still.missed

  I have been a patient at this office for years, for both myself and my children, so today’s experience was extremely disappointing. After missing a prior appointment, I left a voicemail requesting a call back to reschedule—no one called me. When I called today, I was trying to explain, but I was cut off, and the conversation became defensive. She claimed they sent reminders, but I never received any calls—no reminder the day before, two days before, or the day of. I checked all my voicemails and missed calls—nothing. Their number is saved; no call came. Additionally, each visit brings a new receptionist, except for one longtime staff member. Last time, I drove up just to book because calls weren’t answered. If you’re someone who doesn’t sit back and take poor treatment, then this office may seem fine. But if you are someone who stands up for yourself while remaining professional, I strongly advise you not to come here. Simply defending yourself led to being told we wouldn’t be a good fit, and that is no way to run a practice. After years of trust, I will no longer return, and I hope others take this warning seriously before choosing this office.
