  International Dental Supply Company delivered a flawless experience from start to finish. We purchased equipment for seven operatories for a brand-new office, and everything went exactly as planned—on time, organized, and professionally handled. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the equipment and attention to detail really stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to anyone building or upgrading a dental practice.

  West Coast satisfied customer! I had to order 3 dental 12 o’clock cabinets that had to be white to match the decor. The traditional cabinets have that old look of wood like finishes that look outdated, to my view. A friend had the I/decs installed in her brand new office that made it look like it was and old office. I talked to Will and Ulisses about the order but I was not sure because I am in California and they are in Florida, and I could only see in photos. The Big manufactures have better support as for having local rep and sales people that help you with the choice, design, and installation but they are very expensive. I ordered the 3 cabinets for a very affordable price, at least half price compared to I-dec for example. They custom build the cabinets for your needs, but it it was not seamless. Since they do not have local techs you have to do some work to plan and install. And shipping was a little big pricy, because it came fully assembled from Florida to California. Overall I recommend the Brothers for the Value and Quality of the cabinets.

  I purchased all of my dental equipment from IDS. They did a fantastic job assembling the chairs and heavy equipment. Mr. Harvey works closely with me on all orders. He is a great representative for IDS. I have referred other dentists to IDS. Absolutely satisfied with their products. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
