  I can’t recommend Betty highly enough! This was my 10-year-old daughter’s very first eye exam, and Betty made the entire experience incredibly positive from beginning to end. She took the time to explain what myopia is in a way that was easy for both my daughter and me to understand. She carefully discussed the available options to help slow its progression and offered thoughtful recommendations based on her professional experience, which gave us so much confidence in our decision. What impressed me the most was her patience and genuine dedication to getting the prescription just right. She never rushed the process and made sure my daughter felt comfortable every step of the way. That level of care is something you don’t come across every day. I also want to recognize her wonderful team. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and so patient while helping my daughter choose her glasses. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and enjoyable.
