- SFSusi FernandezAug 9, 20261.0HORRIBLE CANCEL SYSTEM I have been using YouFit over few years already, and I change from gym and stoped going since 2025, however I did’t cancel my membership into April 2026, I sented an email saying to cancel my membership and with my number account, as well my partner also did it and they cancel his membership right away, so I though they cancel mine into July I was scrolling my bank account and notice a charge from youfit… so when I check my email, they responded to me asking me if I wanted to cancel my membership?? When I already said to cancel, so I reply “yes cancel”, so they replied saying that I’m responsible for a 30 days written request and I gotta pay another month and they’re anual fee… They did all this on purpose because I sent you to cancel my membership on April, and now I’m getting charge into September.. l have been used any gym brand and never had such an issue with cancel, very unprofessional and disappointed of this gym, never going back in my life!! If I don’t check my bank account I’ll keep getting charge over and over BE AWARE!
