Instead of placing me on hold when they needed to discuss something, they continued talking while I could still hear them, and they spoke about me as if I wasn’t listening. It felt disrespectful and very unprofessional. Patient care starts with treating people with courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this office until they improve the way they communicate with and care for their patients.
