Edit: after getting home we noticed we were charged for items that we were under the impression were supposed to be free. Yes, I have reached out to the store for assistance and have yet to get a response. So I’m changing my review. And dropping from 5 stars to two. I may edit again depending upon the kind of response or lack thereof that I get. So be sure if you go to clarify everything and check your receipts before you sign that credit card slip and leave the store!! My mom and I popped in to the store and were greeted and had great customer service from Ron. We both needed support for our feet.
