My experience was awesome my first time they had a small hiccup with my donor card but they resolved it very quickly and was polite about it. It's a little different than CSL cause you gotta remember your donor number often or keep it in your phone or written on a card and keep it in your wallet but overall I loved my first experience there at the Gainesville Florida location.
