- VGValerie GunnelsJan 21, 20264.0This was definitely a different experience compared to the exam I had at Pearle Vision several years ago. Most of the process was done via Teladoc along with the help of what I’m assuming, was the optometrist assistant - it still felt thorough, and I felt confident leaving knowing that I had ab accurate, up to date prescription. The woman at the front who was kind of doing everything, was really awesome, her coworker( which I think was the doctor or sales person?)) could’ve been a lot nicer, and was quite honestly borderline rude. When I asked to have my PD measurement done, he told me no and this was after already getting the OK from both the doctor via video and again the nice woman at the front.
- KKKinnieSep 20, 20245.0Brandon was freaking AMAZEBALLS. his generousity, patients and kindness meant a lot to me as I was without glasses for 2 days and felt defeated time and again trying to figure out how to get glasses or contacts at least. Afterwards he even offered me a ride home since he was going to get lunch anyways so I didn’t have to ride the bus. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE !!!
