Everyday I walk into the club, all the ladies are friendly, helpful and just look like they love their jobs; there are smiles on their faces which makes me feel happy and welcomed. I have had the chance to be instructed by at least 4 different instructors and they are all wonderful. Each instructor offers their on energy and Pilates experience to the class. Each of them represents all body shapes and sizes. Each of them projects confidence and professionalism… You can’t go wrong with any of the ladies teaching there, however, Vanessa is my absolute favorite!😁 She not only supports me in my goals to tone up and increase flexibility, but she is also there to show me the correct way to do the workouts as to avoid injury. She can be patient and kind but she is also professional, knowledgeable about Pilates, and she challenges me to push forward during workouts and boosts my confidence to do more to achieve my Pilates weekly and monthly goals.
