  The trainers at Club Pilates are excellent, but unfortunately the management is extremely unprofessional. After multiple attempts to cancel my membership, I was told over the phone that my membership could be paused without any fee. That conversation was never documented by staff, despite their assurances. I even provided proof that the call took place, yet I was still charged for another month. What makes this even more frustrating is that there were already multiple months where I barely used my membership at all due to an extremely busy work schedule. Despite paying hundreds of dollars over time for months I could not fully utilize, management still refused to refund even the single month they explicitly promised they would waive. When I disputed the charge with my bank, I received a series of unprofessional text messages from the manager refusing to issue a refund. I have never written a negative review before, but this experience left me feeling completely taken advantage of. It’s a shame because the trainers at this location are phenomenal and deserve much better management. However, between the high membership costs, poor communication, and refusal to honor what was promised, I cannot recommend Club Pilates based on my experience.

  The instructors care for us, and class is very helpful in building muscles and strengthening bones. Everyone is nice there and willing to help. I love to go there!

  We enjoyed having Sam conduct our intro pilates reformer class this AM. She was upbeat, energetic, and knowledgeable. I would definitely consider coming again.
