  This is exactly what I needed . I added red light ,cryotherapy , compression and power plate to my self care routine and it has resolved the chronic pain in my upper and lower back . I am currently using it to control inflammation of my L knee osteoarthritis with great outcome in decreasing stiffness and decreasing pain . I also have an autoimmune disorder ( lupus : SLE ), this self care routine has improved my mood and energy to keep me active and working full time as a Physical Therapist . All the staff are very helpful and professional .

  m.PWR is much more than a wellness clinic, though wellness is the overall experience. The staff and management team are highly trained and engaged in your needs. I have been a member since it opened and the timing felt more than a coincidence. I have been physically active my whole life, tennis playing a huge role l, my partner and I have played together for the best part of 40 years. In the last 18 months I have gone through a complete left knee replacement, spinal fusion of my L3-L4 (XLIF) and some other arthritic challenges. To say PWR enhanced my recovery is an understatement. It, without doubt accelerated my comfortable return to the court and gym. Redlight bed, Halo Sauna, Cryo chamber, compression, are my regular go to’s. Natural healing at its best!
