  Terrible experience with Maria at the front desk today for my eye exam appointment. Got there and she started arguing with me about leaving me a message about my insurance not being active. I never got a call or message from lenscraft and my Insurance is active. She checked in front of me and sure enough, it’s active. I wasn’t there to buy glasses, as I had told her I already purchased them in the LensCraft website. I was simply there for the doctor to get my prescription. She didn’t apologize for her misinformation or her hostile demeanor. It was an uncomfortable situation. I will be going elsewhere next time.

  Bottom of the barrel, this is the second occasion my fiancee and I have visited this location. This time around, the staff(Maria) working in the LensCrafters was argumentative. Her greeting started with “what’s your name?” “What are you here for?”. Which then was followed by a barrage of accusations about insurance not being active (which after speaking with the assistant in optometry wasn’t true. The account showed active on her end) , and then on top of that Maria then argued that she called and left a voicemail which she did not. While we came in for an eye appointment only, Maria felt obligated to repeatedly tell us that her insurance was not active for materials. A service that we did not come in for, nor did we need to clarify. Her approach to solving an issue felt abrasive and uncalled for. We are paying customers of the doctors and lenscrafter. After speaking with her she then admitted that the system experienced a mistake. Any professional would apologize for the mistake. Unfortunately, Maria did not exhibit any level of professional courtesy. Anyone visiting this location do not accept a rude experience from this person. I don’t know if it was a color thing? We are an interracial couple, and I noticed her experience with another customer was not as rude and argumentative.

  I had a great experience at LensCrafters! I stopped by needing some help with my Ray-Ban glasses, and Edith was incredibly kind and helpful. She took care of it right away and made the whole process so easy. Excellent customer service, really appreciated her willingness to help!

  Had to go back because the new classes I bought were not working with the progressive lenses. I met with Noah. He was amazing. Took the time to explain to me and readjust the prescription and we’re gonna try again. I highly recommend this location and most of all, I highly recommend Noah.

  I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited this location. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. I especially appreciate that they look for ways to save me money, whether it’s through current promotions or by using my regular health insurance, without me even having to ask. On my most recent visit, Noah helped me choose the right type of lenses and did a great job explaining my options. I really appreciated his guidance and the overall service.
