- MAMariel AraulloMar 6, 20261.0I had been seeing Dr. Woo since 2020 and was informed that my teeth were in good condition. However, in December 2024, I started experiencing pain in my lower molar. In January, Dr. Woo referred me for a root canal, and afterward she placed the crown. During the process of making my temporary crown, I struggled to get my bite positioned correctly. Dr. Woo appeared to lose patience, put her tools down on my chest aggressively, and walked out of the room. The experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. After receiving my permanent crown, I decided to seek care from a different dentist. Unfortunately, I later found out that the crown Dr. Woo made did not fit properly—it was too high and loose. Because of this issue, I now have to have the tooth extracted. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially after being a patient for several years.

It’s scary to think that a dentist can lie and not be up-to-date on procedures. Please do your homework. If you need more than a cleaning or a filling, you should go elsewhere!!!!!!
