(BCI) purpose is to deliver behavioral health care and addiction services, maintain the human dignity of every client, meet community support needs, foster low-income housing, work to end homelessness in Okaloosa and Walton counties, provide primary health care services to low-in Everyday life can be overwhelming and sometimes people need help meeting these challenges.
