The unique setting allows for seamless patient transitions while also providing the amenities, services, and comfort of the hospital. Whether recovering from joint surgery, a stroke, heart surgery or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), our goal is to help patients with their rehabilitation and prepare them to return to the community.
