The cane that I purchased did not work for me so I had to return it, which was a seamless process. Kendra provided great customer service!

She made sure I not only had what I needed but that I knew how to operate it, put it together, put it on, everything. She helped me download the app on my phone. I could not have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend this place, Kendra was a joy to work with start to finish. Which I must say, I’ve only been in Florida for 5 years and I don’t see this kind of consideration in customer interaction as much here as other places. It was a pleasant surprise.
