I was greeted by a associate and explained that my sunglasses were putting too much pressure around the area above my ears. I also was a walk-in and did not have an appointment. They were happy to adjust them, and the service was completed quickly. While making the adjustment, the associate also noticed that one of the screws was loose and offered to tighten it something I hadn’t even mentioned. They took care of it at no charge, which was a pleasant surprise. This location truly deserves five stars and more. The customer service was exceptional, the staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure my sunglasses fit comfortably. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!
