The gentleman who helped me spent a lot of time making sure he found the right solution and got her glasses fixed perfectly. He didn’t charge me anything and even refused to accept a tip. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but I really hope the store recognizes who helped me today because he truly went above and beyond. Excellent service, kindness, and professionalism.
