  It was our first time here. The pre exam woman should have identified herself and explained what she would be testing for. When finished she should have directed us to the chair outside and told us to wait for the Dr to finish the exam. My husband thought the eye exam was over and he started to choose his frames!! Her demeanor was very cool and off putting. The Dr was very nice and explained what she was doing. . She asked questions about our eye histories and advised us accordingly. The man who adjusted the frames and did the billing was kind and funny. He was knowledgeable in some things but needed help on others. A different man suggested a better deal for us and it was cheaper that way. I guess there were some tech/ software issues and it took quite awhile to get checked out. We’ll see in a couple weeks if the prescription was correct and my husband is satisfied with his reading glasses.
