  I normally go to a regular eye doctor office. With rising costs I thought I would try pearl vision in Fort Myers. I arrived 15 minutes early, receptionists was cold and basically unwelcoming. She directed me to an office for a few questions. The room was oddly triangular, in order to speak face to face, I turn my chair slightly in her direction. I was quickly instructed to put the chair back in prior location. Once moved to Doctor the visit improved greatly, She was informative and easy to talk with. Five stars for the doctor. Next I was handed off optometrist, he was very nice. My new lenses were quoted $350 dollars using my own frame. That was when I walked out. Went straight to Costco, $117 for exactly the same thing! And everyone there was very nice.

  "It was our first time here. The pre exam woman should have identified herself and explained what she would be testing for. When finished she should have directed us to the chair outside and told us to wait for the Dr to finish the exam. My husband thought the eye exam was over and he started to choose his frames!! Her demeanor was very cool and off putting." This was review was so precise I had to cut and paste it because I had the exact same experience/feeling. Not to mention she subtlely used scare tactics by quietly stating, "I wouldn't recommend it." when it came to using the FREE liquid drops to dialate pupils for the exam itself. You could pay $29.99 for the x-ray that does not give you blurred vision for afew hours afterwards. Glad I didn't fall for it. It was fine to use the free drops. The optomotrist was wonderful and was a welcome relief from the former. Overall, it was an average experience due to the non-welcoming initial party. Everyone else was great and thus, the 4 stars. Everyone has bad days, and maybe it was just one of those days.

  I had an excellent experience with the service, and the doctor was caring, knowledgeable, and a professional at the same time. I truly loved the whole experience.

  Customer Service was excellent. Everyone was very accomidating very friendly easy to work with!
