They didn't just give me 'cookie-cutter' exercises; they did deep body work and explained exactly how each movement helped my healing process. I had shoulder surgery 4 months ago and she really set me up for success moving forward. I feel great, I have had shoulder problems for about 3 years now and I have gone to different physical therapists for my injuries, but nothing like the support I got from Minaschee and the team at Soflo PT. Thank you guys for everything!
