I personally don't support or recommend a business that chooses to get ahead by targeting other small businesses in the same community.
- MPMadeline PungJul 31, 20265.0I cannot say enough good things about this location!!!! From the moment you walk into Pause Fort Lauderdale, the stress of the day just melts away. The facility is stunning, peaceful, and impeccably clean. I did a combination session with the infrared sauna followed by the float tank, and it was the ultimate mind and body reset. The private suites are luxurious with amazing attention to detail. I also received multiple IV treatments over a couple of visits, and the IV specialist I had every time was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and talented at what she does. The entire staff is welcoming and informative. If you need a serious recharge in South Florida, this is the place to go. I will definitely be back!

The environment is dull and problematic! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I hated it and will never return!

They took the time to explain everything and made sure I had a relaxing, enjoyable experience. I tried both the red light therapy and the salt float, and I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. The entire space is clean, calming, and the perfect place to unwind and focus on your wellness. Saige and Colin are both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about making sure you have the best experience possible. I can’t recommend Pause Wellness enough, and I already can’t wait to come back for another visit!
