- MSMorgan Sandoval2 days ago5.0Had a really cool first experience at Pause! Jackie gave us a thorough tour of the beautiful facilities to start. Everything looked clean, new and state of the art. And very beautiful aesthetically! It was all a very new experience to me so I’m glad the tour was detailed. We did a package that included the cryo, the light bed, the sauna and cold plunge as well as the floating pod. They provided robes, towels , protective gear, sandals for the showers etc. All around a really cool experience and I left feeling really calm and relaxed with smooth skin and hair. Jen the manage was really nice and chatted thru their pricing with us. Definitely would like to see how consistently utilizing these services can benefit !

After previous difficult experiences with IVs, she was able to do it perfectly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her kindness, patience, and skill truly stood out. Thank you, Nurse Shirley, for providing the best care and making such a stressful situation so much easier.
