We initially had an issue with the delivery of our ramp, but when it was finally assembled, it came out exactly as we had hoped. It is very sturdy & great quality. I would highly recommend Express Ramps.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EXPRESS RAMPS UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. The customer service team will tell you that you can easily return a ramp if it doesn't work, but they don't tell you that they will charge you a $110 restocking fee! DO NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO RESPOND TO YOU CALL OR EMAILS. the customer service number will send you to the website to fill out a form and NO ONE will answer questions. The ramps are good quality, but the company and service is truly terrible.
