❌ Horrible Experience, Complete Lack of Customer Respect, and Financial Malpractice ❌
I was a client of this club for several years, but my overall experience turned out to be extremely negative. This is not just a club where it is difficult to book classes; it is a place where customers are not respected, and the financial policy is non-transparent and aggressive.
1. Financial Dishonesty and Problems with Membership "Freezing"
• First Pregnancy: When I first requested to freeze my membership due to pregnancy, the club, despite my repeated requests to stop charging, continued to deduct money from my card for several months. The refund only happened under significant pressure.
• Second Pregnancy: The situation repeated itself. I called for two weeks to freeze the membership but only received empty promises. Subsequently, I was required to provide a doctor's certificate stating I was unable to exercise. Only after I demanded they send a copy of the contract for my lawyer did they immediately freeze the membership without any certificate. This demonstrates a deliberate complication of the process.
• Demanding Certificates Postpartum: After giving birth, I returned to classes. After a month of attending, the manager demanded I provide a doctor's certificate allowing me to exercise, even though I was already actively attending sessions.
2. Absurd Cancellation Policy and Class Annulment
• Classes must be booked two weeks in advance, otherwise, there are simply no spots available.
• I missed one class due to my children's illness and couldn't cancel in time. The penalty is $20. When the club was unable to charge this amount to my card, they cancelled all my future reserved classes without any prior notice! This is an absolute disregard for a long-standing customer's interests.
3. Unacceptable Attitude and Threats
• Communication with the manager was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful.
• When I stated that due to such treatment I no longer wished to continue, I was informed that I needed to pay for a 30-day notice period.
• The same day, after I refused to pay for a month I would not be using, an unknown man called me and threatened me with collections (debt collectors).
Summary: I initially thought this bad treatment was personal, but reviews from other clients confirm this is a systemic problem at the club. The club fosters an atmosphere of disrespect and financial pressure, rather than client care.
