- LRLorenzo RochaOct 8, 20265.0Body Fit Training Fort Lauderdale has a good setup for anyone who wants to take their fitness seriously. I like the idea of having a place where I can focus on improving my strength, endurance, and consistency rather than just going through the motions. The overall experience felt motivating, and I appreciated being able to concentrate on my workout. Finding a gym that fits your fitness goals can make it easier to stay committed, and this one left a positive impression on me. I’d recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a place to work on your fitness.
- DWDan W.Jun 1, 20265.0Five stars isn't enough for BFT Fort Lauderdale! I've been a member at BFT Fort Lauderdale for three years and it has genuinely the best gym I have been a member of. The format is essentially group personal training. The trainers are actively coaching you one-on-one during every session, correcting your form, pushing you, and celebrating every milestone along the way, all at a fraction of the cost of traditional personal training. The coaching staff is truly top notch, knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely invested in your progress. You feel that every single time you walk through the door. The community here is amazing. Members and trainers go out of their way to make you feel welcome, encourage you, and celebrate your successes. There are regular social gatherings, pickleball events, and activities outside the gym that keep things fun well beyond the workouts. If you're new to South Florida and looking for a way to meet great people, BFT is the place. Three years in and I still look forward to every session. That says it all.
