- JZJoseph ZappullaNov 26, 20255.0The Y is a great place to get your exercise in. Clean, friendly. They have trainers that can get you started and show you how to properly use the equipment. They have an outdoor pool, all kinds of classes, pickleball etc. I haven’t even scratched the surface of what they offer.
