- AAAmandaAug 26, 20261.0Absolutely horrendous experience! I will never go back to this location. Went in for a vision field exam and was charged $352 at check in. Never explained to me a breakdown of the charges or provided me with an itemized receipt. The exam itself was taken place in a small storage closet and had to literally sit in a hallway with other people while getting this exam done. Dr. Carlos does not explain anything and is quick to get you out the door. Absolutely no bedside manner. I went back the next day to the location and requested an itemized receipt since I still have no idea what I actually paid for and they gave me a sheet with a bunch of codes- the doctor didn’t even bother filling out the correct billing codes to submit to my insurance. It was completely blank. I will be doing everything to get this charge disputed. Please don’t go to these SCAMMERS.
