  Testing was very thorough, office is friendly and welcoming. It's a difficult thing to accept that you have hearing loss, even if you know. But the audiologist makes you feel comfortable, explains everything very clearly. Hearing aids are just one more thing to accept in the aging process, so don't ignore the signs!

  Post exam has not been pleasant at all. After leaving the office, I quickly realized the hearing aids did not sit right in my ears It’s called take the money and run and that’s what you did Scott. Ed Barcewicz, a very dissatisfied customer.

  Had to cancel my appt. as they basically insisted my spouse be there for the test, which can't happen due to scheduling. They should be more understanding. Went elsewhere. UPDATE: to reply to owner reply, AFTER I said I was canceling is the only time I was offered to come in without my spouse. So that part of your reply is incorrect.
