  Just completed rehab and my hearing has greatly improved. I listen to Sirius and able to turn down the music a lot lower. Can understand the lyrics to songs better. Been a great life improvement. Thanks Terrance for the help.

  We have been to a couple of Miracle Ear locations and Dunedin is by far the best. Mark the office manager is super friendly and excellent at fitting you in their schedule based on your availability. Terrance Herr went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. The patient had dementia. Terrance was patient, kind and understanding to include the family in on testing, decisions, and results without excluding the patient. Terrance covered every detail from start to finish. We are EXTREMELY happy with our service and the new hearing aids.

  We have gone to three other hearing clinics with no success. This was our last option before giving up. My mother was depressed. Other family members were getting very frustrated. Thank you taking care of my mother and greatly improving her hearing. We can hold a normal conversation now without yelling. Terrance was very detailed during the whole process. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! Miracle Maker!! *****

  Great service, Mark in the front office is very professional. Terrance (specialist) was very thorough with the exam. Love my new hearing aids, the self automated features work great in restaurants. No need to push buttons. Very happy I went to the Miracle Ear Dunedin location. Everything was top tier.

  RUN AWAY...RUN & DON'T STOP AT THIS STORE 😳 Terrence the audiologist in my opinion: Is a USED CAR SALESMAN & FINANCE MANAGER wrap up together in his approach to clients! We were told: you are 'testing' the pair of hearing aids for over a month. NEVER did Terrance state: you have bought the aids you are testing & have 30 days to return if you are not 100% satisfied. Once the 30 days had passed 'testing' the aids, Terrance presented paperwork stating we bought the aids & not just testing them. Also, Terrance stated the interest would be 9.9%-12.9% for the loan. When the paperwork was presented to me, there was no real information stating the interest rate or any information about when payment due etc. I called this location to inquire about those facts. Mark, office manager, did not know anything about the contract since Terrance did all the paperwork. Mark was able to provide a phone number so I could find out interest rate & due date etc. I called to find out: Interest rate was 20.9%!! Not 9.9%-12.9%....there's a significant difference between 12.9% versus 20.9%. If I had not made the call, I would be paying 20.9%!!! When Ann audiologist & Cathy office manager ran this location, you ALWAYS knew what was happening. No flim-flamming like a used car salesman. I had to contact Miracle Ears Corporate Office to get assistance in dealing with Terrance & his under handedness. Thankfully, corporate had one of the District Managers contract us. Serena DM quickly contacted us to address the issues we were having with this location. Anyone that dealt with Ann & Cathy...let me share where to find them. Unfortunately, Ann has retired. Cathy IS in Palm Harbor on US 19. I called around to find Cathy. Hit the jackpot when I called Palm Harbor. I already knew Ann had retired. When we would ask how to find Cathy, we were told she was working closer to her home. Terrence & Mark refused to share what location Cathy went to. I can understand why they refused to share where Cathy went, since most clients would be EXTREMELY HAPPY to leave this location to follow Cathy! Why? Because Cathy ALWAYS greeted everyone as though you were welcomed & excited to see you. She always had your file available and waiting for you to arrive. We bought aids from Ann & Cathy. There was no 'testing'...they were upfront with you letting you know: Congratulations you just bought a new pair of aids! You have 30 days to return if they are not correct for your needs. All paperwork upfront with pertinent information appearing on your paperwork. I am proud to say we are now going to Palm Harbor where Cathy is the Office Manager 😃 We know that wherever Cathy is working, we will be treated respectfully and upfront without any 'surprises' that aren't pleasant. I would suggest you call or drive to Palm Harbor. You won't be disappointed! Plus PH is closer to my home.
