  Great gym but management is horrible. Do not trust Xavier or his assistant Marcell lied to my face about owing money so he can make his numbers look better and would’ve been taken advantage if it wasn’t for my coach thankfully. Do business with the gym but not with them.

  Absolute SCAM of a gym. When moving out of Miami, I attempted to cancel my membership. I was asked by the manager, Luke, to put my account on a freeze for 6 months instead as it looked better for their records. I agreed to help them out. Fast forward six months later, after multiple attempts at cancelling via phone, I was repeatedly getting charged. My boyfriend, who started on the same day as me, attempted to cancel via email with no reply either. I decided to block them on my credit card and received this message today. I called the gym and spoke the new manager who was extremely rude and condescending. She verbatim said “there’s people that have not come in to the gym for three years and we still charge them” …… as if that’s a good thing? Then she proceeded to say I only owe $400, so where did the $800 come from?! Paid my bill and asked to never be contacted again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here. Go to a gym with good people and respectable business operations.

  These people have no morals. They charged my amount for things that’s I never bought. They just used the card on file without my authorization. And to add to it i decided to get a training program with a trainer named Marcell. After I did the free training, he bombarded me every day to get the personal training program when we find out decided to get a virtual workout plan for $150 he charged me $150 for two sessions of workout, which wasn’t what we agreed upon and the moment I paid he completely ghosted never answer any messages never answer any calls, and when I brought it to the managers attention, he advised me that multiple people have complained about him. Well, it’s been two weeks. I ended up having to dispute it on my credit card because no one ever reached out back to me in regards to refunding me for something I never received and the trainer is still working at the gym. So it shows that the gym does not care about fraudulent transactions or good customer service.

  Love the gym and Jose is an amazing personal trainer! He’s motivating, professional, and really cares about your progress. His workouts are effective and fun, and I’ve seen great results. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares and knows what he’s doing, I highly recommend.

  We visited the gym with friends and were very impressed overall. The facility is well-equipped with everything needed for weightlifting, powerlifting, and cardio, with clearly organized sections for each training style. As weightlifters, we especially appreciated the modern machines and the fact that the gym was relatively empty during peak hours (3–5pm), with no wait for equipment. The gym also has clean, well-maintained lockers and showers. The only improvement we’d suggest is adding a sauna, which would make the facility a 5/5 on its own. What truly elevated the experience was Nush, an employee who was extremely helpful and informative. She personally guided us through the different areas and amenities, making the visit feel welcoming and well-organized. Overall, a great experience at UFC Fit Doral—highly recommended, with special thanks to Nush for outstanding service.
