  I was seriously considering joining this gym, but after reading a large number of customer reviews, I decided to keep looking elsewhere. What concerned me the most wasn't just the recurring complaints about billing practices and poor customer service—it was how management responds to those complaints. Many of the replies come across as generic, brief, and lacking any real effort to resolve the issue. It feels as though the goal is simply to reply to the review and move on, rather than genuinely addressing the customer's concerns. When dozens of people describe similar experiences, it's worth taking a step back and asking whether there's a deeper problem. Customer service should never be treated as a checkbox; it should be one of the business's highest priorities. A thoughtful, empathetic response that shows a willingness to investigate and resolve an issue builds trust. Generic, copy-and-paste replies that offer no meaningful follow-up do exactly the opposite. I hope the management sees these reviews as an opportunity to improve. Taking care of customers is just as important as having great facilities or quality equipment. In the end, a business earns its reputation by how it treats people—especially when something goes wrong. If the recurring complaints about billing practices are accurate, this could become a matter worthy of review by consumer protection authorities such as the FTC. I sincerely hope the company takes meaningful action before its reputation suffers even further. Estaba considerando inscribirme en este gimnasio, pero después de leer una gran cantidad de reseñas de otros clientes decidí seguir buscando otra opción. Lo que más me llamó la atención no fueron únicamente las quejas recurrentes sobre la facturación y la atención al cliente, sino la forma en que el negocio responde a esas críticas. En muchos casos, las respuestas parecen genéricas, escuetas y poco orientadas a resolver el problema. Da la impresión de que el objetivo es simplemente contestar la reseña y pasar a la siguiente, en lugar de demostrar un interés genuino por ayudar al cliente. Cuando decenas de personas describen experiencias similares, vale la pena detenerse a analizar qué está ocurriendo. La atención al cliente no debería verse como una obligación, sino como una prioridad. Una respuesta empática, con intención de investigar y solucionar el problema, transmite confianza. Respuestas repetitivas y sin seguimiento consiguen exactamente lo contrario. Ojalá la gerencia tome estos comentarios como una oportunidad para mejorar. Cuidar al cliente es tan importante como ofrecer buenas instalaciones o buenos equipos. Al final, la reputación de un negocio se construye por la experiencia que viven sus clientes, especialmente cuando surge un inconveniente. Si las quejas sobre prácticas de facturación llegaran a ser ciertas y recurrentes, sería un asunto que podría ameritar la atención de las autoridades de protección al consumidor. Espero sinceramente que la empresa tome medidas antes de que su reputación continúe deteriorándose.

  It’s clean always racked up, there’s plenty of space for normal lifting or working out. Also there’s designated space for everything including BJJ, MMA, and cardiovascular exercises. I like it ngl. People go there are actually locked in, and the parking lot of the gym is many times full of cool cars, I saw viper the other day

  Worst customer service ever. There is no way you are able to contact them to problem solve. I have been charged incorrectly over 500 dolars and nobody gets back to me. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. Management is junk. Xavier, Ana, Marcel. Can someone give me a point of contact that is actually able to assist? Go elsewhere. Cheap gym in every meaning of the term.

  Unfortunate I have to do this. I thought I found home because this gym is modeled after my mother’s, I created it with her and we built it together from the ground up. Today there were members who wanted to steal the joy I expressed healing my relationship with my estranged mother. I was crying and expressing joy and pride, and then all of the sudden, a woman approaches me in the bathroom while I am on the phone with my mother for the first time in two years. I have shut myself out from the world, just went through a divorce and moved across the country. I did not meet a bad employee until Jeremy spoke to this “coach” today that was so uncomfortable with my training regime that he called the police on me. Not only that, I said I would speak to them to make him comfortable, which I was going to. I am at peace with who I am, but it is clear that peace disturbed some with large egos here. Today, the coach present enabled those egos to steal my joy, and he called in 8 cops along with the most aggressive bald white short man he could find to intimidate me. It did not work. I will not be returning. You have lost a coach, an athlete, and a family member. Goodbye, good riddance, and I will be expecting a refund soon.
