  Calling this gym mid is an understatement. It’s constantly messy, it’s packed until 11:30pm, and the music they play in the background is obnoxious and overly loud. And it was a pain in the rear end to cancel.

  Absolutely terrible. I have been calling since February to cancel my membership, every time I call they say they've cancelled it. I am still being charged. If you ask for a manager, they say they do not have one! Save yourself the headache and the money!

  Outstanding facility! I dropped in while visiting family and was impressed. It’s clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for any style of training. The staff is friendly, the showers/bathrooms are spotless, and the music volume is just right. A great gym!

  My experience with this gym has been negative from the very first day I walked in. To begin with, my ex signed me up for a membership without my knowledge or consent. I didn’t even realize that was something a gym would allow. When I first came to work out, the gym was completely overcrowded around 6pm. People would sit on machines for 20–30 minutes scrolling on their phones, making it almost impossible to finish a workout without constantly waiting for equipment. On top of that, many of the machines looked worn out, and repairs seemed to take forever. After two months of trying to find a less crowded time to work out, I gave up. I never wanted this membership in the first place because I didn’t enjoy the atmosphere or the overall service. I tried to cancel my membership through the app, only to find out that it wasn’t possible. I spoke with the manager, Luke, who told me to email Ana because she handled membership cancellations. Unfortunately, emails appear to be completely ignored. I repeatedly had to go to the gym in person just to get any response. We supposedly agreed that my membership would be canceled after the final payment was processed (in September), so I thought the issue had finally been resolved. However, in April I noticed that my card was still being charged. I emailed the managers again and, once again, received no response. When I went back to the gym and informed Ana that the charges were continuing, she immediately processed the cancellation and issued a refund. That was two months ago (in May), and I’m still waiting to receive it. Since then, I’ve sent additional emails that have gone unanswered, and I’ve had to return to the gym yet again just to ask for an update. The management and customer service at this gym have been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, the difficulty canceling a membership, and the ongoing billing issues have made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I genuinely regret ever becoming involved with this gym, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
