  First time at this location and definitely my last. This place was EMPTY when I first walked in and yet I’m still waiting 2 hours to even see a doctor? In addition to the ridiculously long wait times they have NOTHING to entertain children in the waiting room or in the actual patient rooms. I don’t understand? A facility dedicated to children that runs like an adult clinic... extremely disappointed and will be going back to Baptist for any future needs.

  Fui el Viernes porque mi hija se quejaba horrores de un dolor para hacer pipi, y como tenia vitales bien y no tenia temperatura despues de haber tenido fiebre 2 veces antes el dia anterior me dijo el Dr. mira, para una prueba de orina hay que hacerlo por cateter, eso duele mucho y todo lo veo (OJO... NI LA TOCOOOO, ni el stetoscopio uso) "normal, muy bien", yo dire que no quisiste el cateter y si el Lunes sigue asi, traela de nuevo, yo voy ha dar como suspendida la visita, como si no viniste. Mi bebe decia que tenia miedo del dolor solo tiene 2 anos, llegamos a la casa y leo el papel que me dieron para salir y dice, "le pusimos tratamiento a la bebe..... FALSOOOOO, QUE TRATAMIENTO???????, llame a mi pediatra porque subio la temperatura y seguia con mucho dolor y me dijo ve a la emergencia, Fui en la tarde a la emergencia y ahi SI ATENDIERON A MI HIJA, le pude tomar la muestra sin procedimiento de cateter, el trato fue maravilloso, yo MAS NUNCA, vuelvo a este Urgent Care, ni decir que fui la primera que atendieron y el Dr. estaba habla que habla en una oficina con otro dr. de "cosas importantes"... y tardo como 30 minutos en llegar al cuarto despues de que la enfermera solo la peso y le tomo vitales... repito el Dr. de urgent Care ni toco a mi hija, la saludo y vio de lejos, NADA, solo leyo los vitales de la maquina y Listo.... decepcion TOTAL. La salud de un nino debe ser prioridad, nosotros los padres no creo que llevemos a los bebes a esos lugares por deporte, tengan mas cuidado y empatia, sobretodo con lo qu escriben, porque obvio eso si lo envian al seguro y cobran. Ojala lean y tomen consciencia, no se trata de atacar, se trata de hacer ver las cosas que no estan haciendo bien.

  Very deceptive business practice. My insurance has a $30 copay for urgent care. We pay that at the facility every time we go. Now we are getting billed an additional $30 for every visit because supposedly the doctors they use charge an additional fee for working at the particular facility. At least that’s what Nicklaus Billing Dept explained to me. They should give us a heads up that there may be an additional charge, but they don’t have signs anywhere indicating this and nobody advised us at check in or check out.
