I absolutely love my Club Pilates studio! The instructors ( Vanity, María, Ilian, Patricia) are knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive, always making sure everyone uses the correct form while offering modifications for different fitness levels. Each class is challenging, enjoyable, and leaves me feeling stronger and more energized.
The young lady , Karen, at the front desk is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She creates such a positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The entire team makes every visit a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Club Pilates to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating place to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being!

Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Pilates was the first form of exercise I’ve ever genuinely looked forward to doing, and Club Pilates has completely changed the way I feel about working out! I’ve been going every day for the past few months with my husband, and I absolutely love it. I can already see a difference in my body, strength, and overall confidence.
We’ve had classes with Vanity, Cassandra, Ilian, Denise, Patricia, and Maria, and every single one of them is wonderful. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Vanity, who has been absolutely amazing and always makes the classes so enjoyable!
The front desk staff is also incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone makes us feel so comfortable that we truly feel at home every time.
I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing team. Club Pilates has become a part of my daily routine that I genuinely look forward to, and I couldn’t recommend it more! ❤️

UPDATE: Unfortunately, what happened after my original review has only reinforced my decision to leave this studio.
After speaking with management, my membership was canceled immediately. Since I still had approximately two weeks remaining that I had already paid for, I requested a partial refund via email. Jacky then confirmed in writing: “We also went ahead and refunded $100 back to your card on file.” That same email stated that, “as a courtesy,” my access would remain available through 8/29 so I could continue booking classes.
The $100 was never refunded.
Only after I called because the money had not appeared was I told that the refund had been withheld because I had not removed my Google review? Now my class bookings and the 30-day cancellation policy are also being used to justify not issuing it.
This is contradictory. The studio chose to leave my booking access available “as a courtesy,” yet is now using bookings during that same period against me. More importantly, I was never told the $100 refund was conditional on removing my review, not booking classes, or anything else. I was told in writing that it had already been refunded.
At this point, this is about principle and trust. I do not want to return to a studio I no longer trust simply to use the remaining time I already paid for. Had my refund request simply been denied, I may have disagreed, but at least the communication would have been honest and clear. Instead, I waited for a refund I was told had already been processed and only learned otherwise after I called.
That experience is ultimately why I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business.
Initial review:
I would not recommend this studio based on my experience with its cancellation policy and customer service.
I woke up with a migraine at 4:45 AM on the day of my 4:30 PM class. I was charged a $15 late-cancellation fee because I was only 15 minutes outside their 12-hour cancellation window.
I explained that this was an unexpected illness and asked for an exception. Instead, I was told nothing could be done and was warned that disputing the charge with my credit card company could result in an additional surcharge.
I understand businesses need cancellation policies, but life is unpredictable. People get sick and emergencies happen that cannot be anticipated 12 hours in advance. I believe reasonable discretion should be exercised in legitimate, unexpected circumstances. Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my membership.
Response:
Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify several points.
I rejoined the studio on May 29, and my review concerns my current membership. During this membership, I contacted the studio on three occasions: once due to illness, once because I was out of town for my birthday and was still assessed a late-cancellation fee, and once because of the migraine.
Your response references over 100 classes and 17 late cancellations or no-shows. If those figures include my previous membership, presenting them as though they occurred during my current membership is misleading.
You also combined “no-shows” and late cancellations. Your studio charges $25 for a no-show and $15 for a late cancellation. I have not incurred 17 no-show charges. During my previous membership, I had one near no-show when severe weather caused flooded roads and it was unsafe to travel. Combining the two categories creates a misleading impression of my attendance history.
You stated that I should have contacted the studio before canceling so accommodations could be considered. During a migraine, my priority was managing my health. Migraines can be debilitating and make it difficult to think clearly or make phone calls. I contacted the studio as soon as I was able, yet the fee was still enforced.
My review was never about avoiding responsibility for a cancellation policy. It was about how that policy was applied to an unexpected illness and the lack of reasonable discretion shown under the circumstances. That experience is what led me to cancel my membership.
