This is an Active Duty Occupational Outpatient clinic with primary care, laboratory, pharmacy, physical therapy, behavioral health, and deployment readiness services. We support Active Duty (including Reserve/Guard on active duty orders greater than 30 days); adult dependent TRICARE Prime beneficiaries; and Military Retirees on a space-available basis. We also support Active/Reserve/Guard personnel to fulfill deployment readiness requirements (periodic health assessments, hearing exams, vision screens, immunizations, and blood draws).
