  i had been suffering for months with glasses that didn’t fit well. I tried several places to have them adjusted with no success. I walked in to LensCrafters in Destin Commons. Kate saw the issue right away and perfectly adjusted them in less than 5 minutes. I can’t begin to tell you how comfortable my glasses are now! Thank you, Kate, for your kindness and for finally adjusting my glasses correctly! LensCrafters, you have a “keeper” with Kate! I strongly recommend LensCrafters for all your eyeglass products and services!

  Called Lens Crafters to help submit my warranty on my Meta Ray-Ban glasses. Kelley Lackeos was excellent. She helped me with submitting my warranty. Went above and beyond. I was extremely satisfied with her customer service.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience at LensCrafters, especially Kelley Lackeos. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive option, Kelley genuinely took the time to help me figure out the best way to get what I wanted while saving me money. She helped me get two pairs of glasses for only $33 a month, which made a huge difference for me. I walked away with a pair for work and a pair of polarized sunglasses without having to pay a huge amount all at once. But what really blew me away was that she had my new glasses made and ready within an hour. I came in needing glasses and literally walked out wearing my new pair that same day. Kelley made the entire experience easy, affordable, and stress-free. It genuinely felt like she cared more about helping me than simply making a sale, and that deserves recognition. She is the reason I will continue coming back to LensCrafters. If management sees this, please make sure Kelley gets the recognition she deserves. Employees who take care of customers like this are the reason people come back.

  Kelly and Donna were working. Greeted me when I walked in. Kelly helped me find the right style . I wanted something besides bulky and square frames. And I have many pair lots of them black. We found the perfect tortoise color. Kelly was very very professional, Donna even chimed in with information , thank you for your sweet personality, and knowledge about the products your offer. I will recommend you all to everyone. Cheryl
