- CBCam BeesonMay 30, 20265.0Awesome experience! Elizabeth was amazing. She was so kind and positive, and made me feel very comfortable, this being my first experience with Pilates whatsoever. I have been experiencing chronic pain in my lower back, hips, and legs for a long time, and was amazed when I woke up the next morning after my introductory session completely pain free, and felt more flexible after only one 30 minute session. I am extremely pleased with my experience. The atmosphere is clean, organized, friendly, and the equipment is top notch. If you’re on the fence, do it. The first session is free so you have nothing to lose.

My daughter and I started coming before her leg surgery, and everyone was so welcoming and accommodating from the very beginning. All of the instructors were great, but Elizabeth was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and has a way of making you feel comfortable no matter your experience level. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. We’ve had such a positive experience here and are so grateful we found this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, friendly studio with an amazing staff! ❤️
