He took time to make sure I was comfortable and understood the procedure. He has an excellent and humorous bedside manner. Real funny, not cheesy doctor funny. Within minutes, I had relief. I visited his office for a follow up and had an excellent experience. The woman who made my appointment over the phone was a sweetheart. She quickly found me an appointment and even asked how I was feeling. I could tell she really cared. The office itself is beautifully designed. The nurse who took my history was thorough and friendly. Dr. Parnes was once again caring and took time to answer my questions. I’m so happy to have crossed paths with him. If I’m ever in need of an ENT in the future, I know I’ll be in great hands. Thank you all ❤️
