I didn’t have to ask them because before I got the chance Dr.Parnes explained everything that I was going to question. He explained in detail what I was dealing with and how we’re going to proceed. My prescription was ready before I was even home from the appointment. When meeting with Dr.Parnes he was so comfortable he felt as if you have known him for years! I left feeling very comfortable with the staff and Dr. Parnes. I highly highly recommend Platinum ENT with Dr. Parnes! Thanks so much again!!
