Terribly rude manager, yelled at me in the middle of the studio for a simple question. Penalized me for accidentally unregistering and registering for a class within the span of 30 seconds. I 100% understand why there are other bad reviews for this studio. This new manager is so rude, no understanding for their customers at all! Your whole family could die and they would STILL charge you a $50 no show fee for missing your class, they dont give a damn! Save yourself the headache, listen to the rest of the reviews, and take your business elsewhere. Will not be coming back to this studio ever. However, I have to say, the instructors were phenomenal. I have only good things to say about them, every single one of them.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the attitude from the front desk manager here was honestly unbelievable. We booked and PAID for our class through ClassPass, yet she kept treating us like we were somehow trying to scam the studio for free classes because my mom had an old account that I didn’t even know about. Instead of simply explaining the situation like a professional, she was accusatory and unnecessarily aggressive. Then, after we sat down, we could literally hear her loudly gossiping about us to an intern, saying we were trying to get a “third free class.” We were sitting RIGHT THERE. If you’re going to talk about your customers behind their backs, maybe at least wait until they can’t hear you? Better yet, maybe don’t gossip about paying customers at all. I also asked a completely normal question about why my home address was required on the waiver, and somehow even that was met with attitude. Apparently asking a basic question about your own personal information is too much. I understand studios have policies. What I don’t understand is why enforcing those policies requires being rude, condescending, and making paying customers feel like they’re doing something wrong. The instructors have actually been nice, which makes it even more unfortunate that the front desk experience is so unpleasant. A fitness studio is not someone’s personal living room where they get to decide who deserves to feel welcome. You’re running a customer-facing business. A little professionalism and basic respect would go a long way.

I am extremely disappointed with how my situation was handled. After attending only a few classes, I developed severe back pain and have now been dealing with it for over five weeks. Since then, I have required prescription muscle relaxers and even a steroid/cortisone injection, and I am still not feeling well enough to return to exercise. I contacted the studio as soon as it became clear that I could not continue attending classes and explained my medical situation. At this point I still have 13 classes remaining unused. Instead of offering a reasonable medical accommodation, I was told that I would not receive a refund, extension, or credit for the unused classes. To keep my remaining sessions, I was told I would need to reopen my membership, pay a monthly freeze fee, and then still be responsible for an additional month of membership dues. So despite being injured and unable to attend classes, I am expected to continue paying fees just to preserve classes that I have already paid for and cannot currently use. What is most frustrating is that this does not feel like a customer-focused solution. I understand that businesses have policies, but when a client has a documented medical issue, requires medication, and still has a significant number of prepaid sessions remaining, I would expect some flexibility and compassion. I genuinely enjoyed the classes and had planned to continue my membership. Unfortunately, the way this situation has been handled has left me feeling that the policies matter more than the customer. I hope management and regional manager will reconsider how medical situations are handled in the future.

My GF is going through a tough time dealing with this organization. And after reading through the awful reviews, I’m not surprised. I just left a vmail and will wait for a response tomorrow to resolve this swiftly. This organization doesn’t seem like it can be trusted at all. Hopefully, they prove me wrong and reimburse my GF tomorrow, and then I can turn this negative review, into a positive one.
