- RRRCMMar 15, 20261.0It’s true what people say — even after canceling, they will still try to charge you. I paid for two months of membership and four single classes, totaling well over $500. Due to my schedule, I only attended one class. Despite that, I’m now receiving calls and emails about an additional $25 charge, followed by another email claiming it’s a “membership freeze fee.” After already paying hundreds of dollars for services I barely used, it’s infuriating to see them continue trying to collect more money. When I brought my concerns to the front desk and management, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the class layout felt overcrowded and uncomfortable.. Would not recommend
- ELE LFeb 3, 20252.0Some of the instructors are wonderful but it's impossible to get into classes even if you book two weeks out sometimes. Despite paying for the full plan, I couldn't get into classes and I was charged 9 charges for single classes despite having fully paid the full membership. Called them. No answer. Emailed them. No answer. They run the studio with an eye to profit only and don't care about their customers IHO.

I love the entire team at Club Pilates Delray - all of the instructors are absolutely amazing and so dedicated (shout out to: Cami, Lisa, Lyuba, Libby). The manager, Elizabeth, is so kind, caring and professional. The admin team at the front desk is great (shout out to: Deanna and Gabby). I highly recommend this Club Pilates!
