  From the time of my first call I was extremely impressed with the Representative who called me back. Sarai office secretary very profesional , kind and cheerful made me feel at home. The young tech, Chris professional, very helpful and more interested at getting what is best for the client not just like at other hearings providers, that try to sell and Chris on the contrary had and showed he had my best interest. Kudos to this location of Elite. Thanks for the great work. I highly recommended this hearings providers to any one wants qualify, professional services and quality devices.

  After going to 2 other hearing aid stores I came here. Robert Feinberg tested myself and my wife. He treaded us like family and made our purchase very easy. This was first time we used hearing aids and were a little nervous. He and his staff were most friendly. This is several months later and they were more than helpful with several nominal issues. Don’t go anyplace else!

  This center in particular is my absolute favorite. Every time I have called to set my grandmother up for an appointment, the PCC member named Melissa is ALWAYS helpful and cheery on the phone. There have been multiple instances where we’ve had to reschedule or work out a few things with my grandmothers care over the phone and in person at the facility and Melissa has consistently shown professionalism and graciousness throughout every interaction. I will NOT go anywhere else because Melissa makes every interaction so effortless and welcoming. DO NOT LOSE HER!!
