  Believe the negative reviews. Whoever answered the phone when I called answered with hostility and was very short with me. They also gave me incorrect information about an uninsured medication I’ve been paying 35$ for and tried to tell me it would cost me thousands of dollars. If you’re going to be rude at least provide accurate information. My physician transferred my prescription to another pharmacy so I can get it for what it actually costs.

  The woman who answers the phone is incredibly rude and has such an attitude. I called about my prescription and first she told me it wasn’t covered by my insurance when I had the approval letter from my insurance right in front of me. And she tried telling me my out of pocket cost would be $3400 and I laughed. My doctor’s office had to call and sort it out with her for 20 mins. Then I called again asking a simple question if I could come pick up my prescription and pay in person and she wouldn’t answer my question and started telling me my prescription wasn’t ready when I received a text message saying it was. She’s awful and they should hire someone else.

  Very disappointed with the experience here. My mother-in-law’s prescription was sent to this pharmacy without her request, and she felt pressured multiple times to fill it here instead of her usual pharmacy. Patients should have the freedom to choose where they fill their prescriptions without feeling pushed or repeatedly contacted. This approach felt intrusive and unprofessional.

  Called to find out if this pharmacy carried a particular product… They didn’t but were nice enough to provide me the name, address, & phone number of a local store that provably does… This is what I call going the extra mile when it comes to service!!
