I had an issue with insurance so I called insurance and we (the insurance rep&I) called the pharmacy. The woman I spoke with was so rude and condescending. I could not believe it. They must be hard up for employees, because I can’t imagine them thinking this employee is beneficial to their business. You do realize we can choose to go to another pharmacy? Unfortunately, I did not get her name. What a miserable human.

I was unable to get a straight answer on why my 2nd medication cost was so high after ins and coupon applied, was given inconsistent numbers, ultimately found another pharmacy and paid half the price.
