- AGAron GladneyApr 14, 20262.0I love this gym, it's staff and location. Unfortunately it's a 'stepchild' facility that gets little attention from YouFit. For example there are only 4 recumbent bikes here: one has been broken for months and YouFit won't fix or replace it, another looks ok, but you can't increase resistance or choose a work out. This has been reported many times, and they are still not fixed. Many cushions & back pads on the weight machines are torn or cracked. All their weight machines and cardio equipment is old. The Deerfield gym is the polar opposite: new, much larger, with 6 recumbent bikes. No out of order signs on any of the machines and all the equipment is newer & with high end functionality. I'd go there but it's twice as far from where I live. I just wish the corporation would put money into its facilities & equipment.

Great gym, great team and attendents, but the system is greed, no transparency, no mercy, no way to be clear about how to cancel. I could make the subscription on the gym, but not cancel. Again, great team and staffs, but worse system.
- AAAlessandraMar 24, 20261.0The gym leaves a lot to be desired; it lacks lightweight dumbbells—such as 10-pounders. There are only two pairs: one is located at the back, and the other at the front. They are constantly in use, with people always waiting for them. I don't understand why they don't have more—they are such inexpensive items. Most of the machines are also one-of-a-kind. The gym facilities are quite substandard.

My only gripe is the same with most gyms in the area… The restrooms and showers could be kept a little bit cleaner. But for the price of a monthly membership you really can't complain.
