  1st time at the office to see Dr. McKinnon. Front desk was friendly and professional. Dr was prompt, present, and listened to my concerns. Id recommend her!

  If I could review without giving a star, I would. From the sterile and overcrowded hospital waiting room feel lobby to the rude and insensitive staff I do not recommend this office. Cynthia Baldwin does not have a good bedside manner and makes you feel worse, without even knowing anything about you. I had to find a new OBGYN so I chose this place....I have not had an experience like this and I will not be going back. If you have fertility issues and are sensitive to your inability to become pregnant, this is not the office for you. That along with her incessant unsolicited pointing out of age (not in the 20's anymore), you'll just leave feeling badly.

  I have been a patient here for over 10 years. Dr Meyers and Stacey McKinnon are wonderful however the office staff must of changed. Sometimes my schedule can be hard and I had to reschedule an appointment and just had an attitude being drilled in why I’m needing to reschedule which I have never been asked that question sometimes that can be personal and not the receptionist business. It is also very hard to get a hold of anyone a few weeks ago I had left a voicemail and never received a returned call.

  I had an absolutely incredible experience for my first pregnancy with Dr. Baldwin, her clinical staff, ultrasound staff, the front desk staff, and the billing department staff. All around great experience!

  I just wanna put this out there that I’ve never had a problem before, but I am noticing I am Always waiting more than 15 minutes for my appointment even when I come in on time. Office staff do not seem like they are interested in doing anything. I leave a voicemail and don’t get a response until two days later sometimes if I’m lucky a day later in a lot of the times The receptionist just hangs up the phone when I try to call the front desk, I was horribly sick didn’t get a resolution and waited three whole days for somebody to get back to me following with the voicemail that I left, I should not be waiting days on end to receive a call back with something that’s regarding my PREGNANCY This is completely unacceptable, If it keeps happening I will be looking for a different OB
